🎫 Event Bookings and Payments

Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our official website, phone, or authorized partners
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment

Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal
• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• More than 7 days before event: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• 3-7 days before event: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before event: No refund
• Event cancellation by us: Full refund or credit for future events

Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, and venue personnel
• Follow all venue rules and regulations
• Comply with dress codes where applicable
• Not engage in disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior
• Respect gaming rules and dealer decisions
• Not use electronic devices during gaming sessions unless permitted

Gaming Rules

• All gaming is conducted according to standard casino rules
• Dealer decisions are final
• Cheating or collusion will result in immediate disqualification
• We reserve the right to verify the identity of winners
• Prizes and winnings are subject to applicable taxes

Health and Safety

• Participants attend events at their own risk
• We are not liable for personal injuries or losses

• Cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control
• Change gaming formats or tournament structures
• Substitute prizes of equal or greater value

Participants will be notified of significant changes as soon as possible.

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
